Setting the gold started for trips is our beloved VIAN where the best of the best from around the globe meet to celebrate the incredible success of the International Recruitment Challenge.

The next location takes us to the iconic city of Rome in 2026. To be amongst the exclusive list of attendees you must help us meet our 1,000 qualified recruit target and be in the top 6 branches across the UK and Ireland with at least 4 qualified recruits, 2 of which must be personal.
