Recently, we brought together some of our newest Team Leaders alongside the Team Leaders who helped them get there for a day of celebration, connection and fun.
From raft building and a scavenger hunt to incredible food and time spent getting to know one another, it was a chance to celebrate what they had achieved and build new relationships along the way.
Promoting out a new Team Leader is more than a milestone. It’s about recognising potential, supporting someone’s growth and creating the next generation of leaders.
